A lot can be accomplished with just working on body weight exercises.  When I travel I like to take advantage of using body weight (BW) exercises. A staple an of my BW work are pushups and planks (these are the go to exercises for me). Below are a list of my favorites that I love exploring. When starting out on these, I liked using bands to help build up the form/strength to be able to do these.

My favorite bodyweight exercises (in order)
 

  • Pushups

  • Planks

  • Squats

  • Pull-ups

  • Dips

  • Leg Raise

  • Reverse bridges


If I can do all of these in one day, I for sure would have a great workout for that day.  Form is essential!
